Service Description

Sound bath and healing session with Kathleen includes an energy clearing and healing. Kathleen will provide a safe space for you to quietly bliss out and receive with a sound bath channeled just for you! Kathleen uses crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, drums, rattles, a rain stick, various chimes, wind gong, ocean drum and more. These instruments carry the Reiki and healing energy through the waves of sound to help you release what no longer serves you. Traditionally, many Shamans and healers have used instruments to clear stuck and stagnant energy since time began. Using these instruments help you easily let go of emotional energy in a safe space. It also helps you to invite in divine and delicious energy to infuse and invigorate your body, mind and spirit. 1.5-hour session. You will be guided into a deep state of relaxation and brought back from that state as well to full consciousness. Alert, rejuvenated and realigned with your inner light. In person and Zoom available.
