Sound & Reiki Sanctuary with Angel Messages

Join Kathleen Sherman and Cheryl Snyder for a Sound and Reiki Sanctuary including channeled Angel messages for peace and wellbeing.

This is a two-hour group sound immersion healing session that will help you relax, reset and rejuvenate.

Kathleen will begin by guiding you into a short, guided meditation with relaxing breathwork release techniques to assist you in finding your most deep state of relaxation. Then we will both provide a fully immersive sound healing along with Reiki energy to all of the participants. You may receive a beautiful and uplifting message from your Angels that we will quietly convey to you during the ceremony.

Sound healing can provide deep relaxation, stress and anxiety reduction, physical health improvements, energetic balance, enhanced mental clarity, and spiritual well-being.

Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing.
